The mission of the Edgewood Public Library is to provide materials and services to help community residents obtain information meeting their personal, educational, and professional needs. Special emphasis is placed on supporting students and on stimulating young children’s interest and appreciation for reading and learning.

2007-2008 Story Time Schedule
This year in addition to our traditional holiday story times, we will
focus our weekly sessions on animals. All three year olds through
kindergarten children are invited to join us for lots of fun and
learning through books, fingerplays, games and crafts. Our story times
are held on Wednesdays from 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
September 12 -- Bees
September 19 -- Dogs
September 26 -- Crocodiles
October 3 -- Elephants
October 10 -- NO STORY TIME/Cathy gone to ILA
October 17 -- Owls
October 24 -- Halloween/Children may where costumes)
October 31 -- NO STORY TIME/Enjoy trick or treating!
November 7 -- Turkeys
November 14 -- Thanksgiving
November 21 -- NO STORY TIME/Happy Thanksgiving!
November 28 -- Cats
December 5 -- Christmas

BOOK CLUB
Our book discussion group meets every other month. We welcome new
members to add their insight into the books we read!
All book discussions are held on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
